Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong customer relationship management abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Bandung region
