As an Account Executive, you will be the bridge between our innovative e-commerce solutions and high-profile brand partners. You will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, fostering long-term relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a deep understanding of the digital agency landscape.

Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new brand partnerships within the agency and e-commerce sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key agency stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and increase market share.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and delivery of client objectives.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to maximize profitability while maintaining client satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on monthly sales performance metrics and pipeline health.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably within an agency or e-commerce setting.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing ecosystems and brand partnership dynamics.
- Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed monthly targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools.
