Are you a high-performing sales professional with a passion for B2B solutions? PT Orientama Makmur Abadi is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Account Executive to join our growing team. We specialize in high-quality cleaning equipment and professional landscaping solutions, serving a diverse range of corporate clients across Jakarta.
In this role, you will be the face of our company, responsible for building sustainable partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and managing long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in corporate sales and possesses a robust existing database within the facility services, cleaning, or landscaping industries.
You will play a pivotal role in driving our market expansion. If you are a hunter by nature, excellent at building rapport, and highly motivated to hit aggressive sales targets, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand the client base for cleaning equipment and landscaping services.
- Identify and approach new B2B corporate leads through proactive prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention and identify upselling opportunities.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and presentations tailored to corporate client needs.
- Negotiate contract terms and finalize sales agreements to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and market analysis to track progress and identify industry trends.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure that client requirements for cleaning and landscaping solutions are met effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B corporate sales, preferably within the cleaning equipment or landscaping industry.
- Strong existing database of professional contacts within the facility management or B2B corporate sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust at the executive level.
- Target-oriented mindset with a strong drive to succeed in a competitive market environment.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and CRM software for pipeline management.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia (English proficiency is a significant advantage).
