Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify and qualify leads through proactive prospecting, networking, and industry research.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and technical presentations for prospective clients.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, including RFP responses, contract negotiations, and final closing.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and IT stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal technical and engineering teams to ensure solution alignment with client needs.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and maintain comprehensive records in the CRM system.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B software or cybersecurity sales.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas in a high-pressure environment.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity concepts, including network security, cloud protection, and threat intelligence.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for non-technical executives.
- Proficiency with modern CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement platforms.
