Join the dynamic team at CM Studio (PT. Satu Bintang Terang) as an Account Executive specializing in the exhibition and interior contractor industry. We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented professional to manage large-scale projects and foster long-term relationships with corporate clients. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring that their visions are realized through our high-quality design and construction services. As an Account Executive, you will bridge the gap between our creative design and production teams and our valued customers. You will be responsible for overseeing project lifecycles from the initial concept to final delivery, ensuring that all deadlines and quality standards are met. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycles for corporate exhibitions and interior fit-out projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients to drive repeat business.
  • Conduct site surveys and coordinate closely with internal design, fabrication, and installation teams.
  • Prepare accurate project proposals, budgets, timelines, and contracts.
  • Oversee project execution on-site to ensure quality control, safety compliance, and timely delivery.
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to achieving sales targets.
  • Handle client feedback and resolve project-related issues efficiently and professionally.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Account Management or Sales within the exhibition, events, or interior contractor industry.
  • Strong understanding of interior design concepts, construction processes, and exhibition materials.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and project management software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM A).
