Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the HORECA sector.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations for prospective and existing clients.
- Prepare and negotiate sales contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable feedback to management.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the HORECA, FMCG, or distribution industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
