Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the medical and healthcare sector.
- Conduct professional product presentations and demonstrations for doctors, clinic managers, and hospital procurement teams.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for the designated territory.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to refine sales strategies.
- Provide detailed reports on sales activities, pipeline progress, and territory performance to management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and superior customer service.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical, Pharmacy, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in medical sales or pharmaceutical distribution.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven track record in meeting sales KPIs.
- Deep understanding of the healthcare industry and sales cycles.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently in a field-based role.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and own a vehicle for daily field activities.
