Tanggung Jawab
- Prospect and acquire new clients across automotive dealerships, commercial properties, and high-net-worth individuals
- Develop customized PPF and window film solutions presentations aligned with client needs
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up
- Collaborate with installation teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging opportunities and competitive trends
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through strategic account planning
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years B2B sales experience in automotive, construction, or luxury goods
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with C-level decision-makers
- Technical knowledge of automotive protection products or ability to rapidly learn
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Valid driver's license with clean record for client site visits
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
