Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Conduct professional presentations and meetings with prospective clients.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by understanding client needs and offering appropriate solutions.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Continuously update knowledge regarding industry trends and competitor activities.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in Sales or Business Development (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented mindset.
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM) and own vehicle is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools.
