We are currently seeking a dynamic, results-driven Account Executive (Sales) to join our expanding team in Bekasi. In this role, you will be the face of our company, identifying new business opportunities and building long-term relationships with clients who require top-tier pest management solutions.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and prospect new potential clients within the designated territory to increase market share.
  • Conduct professional sales presentations and site inspections to propose tailored pest control solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure high retention rates.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports, activity logs, and revenue forecasts for management.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery for new accounts.
  • Participate in networking events and industry workshops to strengthen the company's market presence.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Proven track record of at least 1-2 years in sales, preferably in B2B, service, or retail industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Strong target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently under pressure.
  • Possess a valid driving license (SIM C or A) and personal vehicle for client visits.
  • Willingness to work in the field and travel around the Bekasi area.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
