As an Account Executive, you will be at the forefront of our business, acting as the primary bridge between our high-quality packaging solutions and our diverse B2B clientele. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about building long-term relationships, identifying market opportunities, and helping our clients succeed through innovative packaging.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential B2B clients in the food and beverage sector.
- Proactively identify and prospect new business opportunities to expand our market reach in Central Java.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase our packaging solutions effectively.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales to ensure mutual profitability and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the production and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer requirements are met.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 1-2 years in B2B sales or account management (experience in packaging or food industries is a plus).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software usage.
- Willingness to travel locally within the Semarang area and surroundings to meet clients.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a professional attitude towards client service.
