Are you a dynamic strategist with a passion for e-commerce and live streaming? We are seeking a highly motivated Account Live Streaming Manager to join our team in Jakarta. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our key clients, overseeing the end-to-end management of their live streaming operations to ensure maximum engagement and revenue growth.

You will be responsible for analyzing performance data, optimizing live broadcast strategies, and fostering strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of live streaming platforms (such as TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, or Tokopedia Play), a creative mindset for content optimization, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive live streaming strategies to achieve client KPIs and sales targets.
  • Manage end-to-end client relationships, serving as the lead consultant for operational success.
  • Monitor live streaming sessions in real-time, providing actionable feedback to hosts and production teams.
  • Analyze performance metrics (GMV, conversion rates, viewer retention) to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate product launches, promotions, and flash sales.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports and strategic business reviews for clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in the Indonesian live streaming market.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in E-commerce, Live Streaming management, or Digital Marketing.
  • Proven track record of managing high-performing accounts and meeting sales targets.
  • Deep familiarity with live streaming platforms and social media e-commerce ecosystems in Indonesia.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tools (Excel, Google Analytics, platform dashboards).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to maintain strong client relationships.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure during live events.
