Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive annual brand strategies for all represented brands, specifically focusing on Shimano and premium bicycle lines.
- Lead the end-to-end marketing lifecycle, from conceptualization and creative development to campaign execution and performance analysis.
- Manage and optimize the annual marketing budget to ensure maximum Return on Investment (ROI) and brand visibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Oversee digital and traditional media planning to enhance brand equity and drive customer engagement.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on brand performance to stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably within the automotive, sports, or lifestyle industry.
- Proven track record of managing premium or high-end brands; specific experience with Shimano is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence diverse teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, CRM systems) and social media platforms.
- Demonstrated passion for cycling and a deep understanding of the local Indonesian market dynamics.
