- Manage and expand client portfolio through strategic relationship building and proactive account growth
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Search, Creative, and Analytics teams to deliver integrated digital campaigns
- Develop comprehensive campaign strategies aligned with client business objectives and market trends
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights through regular reporting
- Identify upsell opportunities and propose innovative solutions to enhance client success
- Act as primary client contact, resolving challenges and ensuring exceptional service delivery
- Stay ahead of industry developments to maintain competitive advantage for clients
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in account management, preferably within digital media or advertising
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and achieving retention goals
- Expertise in digital marketing channels (PPC, SEO, social media, programmatic)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret campaign data and ROI metrics
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency in campaign management tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.)
