Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through strategic communication and trust-building
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions aligned with client objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth through upselling and expansion
- Prepare comprehensive project plans, timelines, and regular performance reports for clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide strategic recommendations
- Ensure client satisfaction by managing project execution from conception to delivery
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in account management or client-facing roles
- Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships in marketing/advertising
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong organizational abilities with experience managing multiple client portfolios simultaneously
- Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Salesforce)
- Strategic thinker with analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities
