Tirtha Bali, a premier wedding venue, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Event Staff member to join our professional team in Badung. In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our wedding operations, ensuring that every ceremony is executed with precision, elegance, and heart.
You will work in a high-paced, luxury environment where no two days are the same. Your mission is to oversee the seamless integration of logistical preparations and on-site coordination, ensuring that every couple's dream wedding becomes a reality. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate all on-site wedding activities to ensure strict adherence to the event timeline.
- Supervise the setup of wedding ceremonies, ensuring decor, lighting, and audio-visual elements meet Tirtha Bali's luxury standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and guests during the event to resolve issues in real-time.
- Manage the flow of the ceremony, including cueing music, coordinating processions, and facilitating guest movement.
- Conduct pre-event inspections to ensure all facilities and equipment are functioning perfectly.
- Provide operational support to the wedding planning team during the preparation phase.
- Maintain high levels of professional hospitality and guest service throughout all event touchpoints.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in event management, hospitality, or wedding planning.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- A proactive mindset with a strong ability to solve problems under pressure.
- A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing world-class service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred but not required.
