Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential buyers.
- Proactively contact clients to capture orders and ensure a seamless sales process.
- Conduct regular market analysis to forecast demand and optimize inventory/service levels.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand our market presence in the region.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely fulfillment of client orders.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Resolve client concerns or inquiries professionally to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a significant advantage.
