As an Account Manager, you will take ownership of the full sales cycle—from identifying new business opportunities to conducting professional site surveys and closing complex infrastructure contracts. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new client pipelines to expand our market footprint within the infrastructure sector.
- Lead and manage comprehensive site surveys to ensure accurate project scoping and technical feasibility.
- Draft high-impact proposals and presentations tailored to specific client needs and budgets.
- Coordinate seamlessly with internal technical and engineering teams to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations.
- Proactively maintain and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders to drive recurring business.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Ensure all documentation and CRM records are maintained accurately for effective pipeline management.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets through disciplined sales execution.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the infrastructure, construction, or technical services industry.
- Strong technical literacy with the ability to understand and explain complex infrastructure projects.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end sales processes and meeting aggressive revenue KPIs.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to project coordination.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
