Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory to drive revenue growth.
- Maintain and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing corporate clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients regarding our telecommunication infrastructure solutions.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and progress reports for management review.
- Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to ensure client requirements are effectively met.
- Negotiate contract terms and finalize agreements to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to refine sales strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in the IT or telecommunications sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in CRM software and standard office productivity tools.
- High level of self-motivation and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and meeting KPIs.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English is preferred.
