Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing corporate accounts.
  • Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies effectively.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and activity logs for management.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales or Account Management, preferably in the IT/Telecommunications sector.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and customer orientation.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
