Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key enterprise clients.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to increase revenue.
- Conduct professional presentations and meetings to showcase our telecommunications solutions.
- Collaborate with internal technical and product teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports for management.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve service-related issues with a high level of professionalism.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in B2B account management or sales, preferably in the telco or IT sector.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills (both Bahasa Indonesia and English).
- Proven track record of managing enterprise-level accounts and achieving growth targets.
- High proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, customer-centric mindset.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients across the region.
