Alomedika is Indonesia's most trusted professional platform for doctors, and this role is pivotal in driving our business growth, fostering strong medical partnerships, and expanding our footprint in the digital healthcare ecosystem.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of digital transformation in healthcare, working closely with pharmaceutical partners, medical institutions, and healthcare professionals. We are looking for someone who excels at client acquisition, strategic relationship management, and executing sales initiatives that deliver measurable value. You will be instrumental in ensuring that Alomedika continues to provide cutting-edge resources to the Indonesian medical community while meeting ambitious commercial targets.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase market share and revenue for Alomedika.
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new key accounts within the pharmaceutical and medical industries.
- Build and maintain long-term, high-value relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to medical stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and value propositions.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and product teams to align sales goals with company-wide objectives.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and detailed reports on account performance for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 2-4 years) as an Account Manager, Sales Executive, or similar commercial role.
- Strong background in B2B sales, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare technology sector.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
- Self-motivated professional with a results-oriented mindset and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal.
