You will work closely with our operations team to ensure seamless service delivery, acting as a strategic partner to our clients to solve their logistics challenges. Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within the Palembang territory.
  • Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing corporate accounts to ensure high retention.
  • Conduct regular client visits and presentations to introduce service updates and solutions.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to meet or exceed monthly sales KPIs.
  • Coordinate with internal logistics and operations teams to resolve client issues efficiently.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance tracking for management.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to maintain a competitive advantage in the local market.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in B2B account management or field sales.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a focus on customer-centricity.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English (preferred).
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and own a vehicle for local travel.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software usage.
