As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new market opportunities, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring that our services drive measurable growth for our clients. We are looking for a strategic thinker who excels in consultative selling and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation and prospecting to final contract negotiations and ongoing relationship management.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and prospect new B2B and B2G business opportunities through strategic networking and outreach.
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
  • Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, including contract negotiation, closing, and handover to the delivery team.
  • Create and execute comprehensive account plans to maximize revenue and growth within assigned portfolios.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery meets the specific requirements of government and corporate clients.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B or B2G sales, preferably in the IT or digital solutions industry.
  • Strong understanding of government procurement processes (e-katalog) is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • High proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a collaborative team environment.
