As an Account Manager, you will be the bridge between our clients and our creative team. You will lead projects from conception to execution, ensuring that our branding and advertising initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest creative standards. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the natural ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, building trust and maintaining long-term partnerships.
- Lead and manage end-to-end creative campaigns, from initial brief to final delivery.
- Collaborate closely with internal creative teams (designers, copywriters, art directors) to ensure brand consistency.
- Develop detailed project timelines, manage budgets, and track project milestones.
- Translate client business objectives into actionable creative briefs.
- Present creative concepts and project updates to stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
- Proactively identify new opportunities to grow existing accounts through strategic upselling.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an Account Management role within a creative or advertising agency environment.
- Strong understanding of branding principles and the digital advertising landscape.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management tools and standard office software.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a proactive problem-solver.
