Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and nurture strategic relationships with key clients including brands, agencies, and DSPs across Asia-Pacific
- Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring alignment with client KPIs and budgetary requirements
- Develop and implement customized demand-side strategies leveraging programmatic technologies
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, analytics) to optimize campaign performance
- Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to drive continuous improvement
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth initiatives
- Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging advertising technologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 3+ years of account management experience in digital advertising or programmatic media
- Strong understanding of DSPs, ad exchanges, and programmatic advertising ecosystem
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
- Data-driven approach with experience in campaign analytics and reporting
- Proficiency in advertising platforms (e.g., DV360, Trade Desk, Xandr)
- Fluency in English with additional Asian language skills considered advantageous
