Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with client business objectives.
- Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams to execute SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights.
- Manage client budgets, timelines, and project deliverables to ensure high-quality output and profitability.
- Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to discuss campaign status, performance, and future opportunities.
- Identify opportunities for upsell and account growth by staying updated on the latest digital marketing trends and platform features.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within an agency environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytical tools (Google Analytics).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and create data-backed strategy recommendations.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; familiarity with additional languages is a plus.
