Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop key existing customer accounts to maximize retention and revenue growth.
- Conduct professional site visits to potential customers to introduce and sell our express logistics services.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the specific needs of potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery for new and existing accounts.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions in our CRM system.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
- Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long-term professional relationships.
- Strong understanding of the Medan business landscape and the local logistics market.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
- Willingness to travel locally within Medan and surrounding areas as required.
