Are you a seasoned sales professional with a deep background in the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) sector? TÜV SÜD is seeking a high-performing Account Manager to drive growth within our Industrial & Manufacturer Services division in Jakarta.

In this pivotal role, you will be the face of our world-class safety and quality assurance solutions. You will be responsible for managing key client relationships, identifying business opportunities within the manufacturing sector, and ensuring our technical services align with the complex needs of industrial clients. We are looking for a strategic thinker who understands the regulatory landscape and can articulate the value proposition of TÜV SÜD's global expertise.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share within the industrial and manufacturing sectors.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective high-value clients.
  • Provide expert consultation on TIC services, including inspections, audits, and certification protocols.
  • Conduct regular site visits and technical presentations to demonstrate the value of TÜV SÜD's service portfolio.
  • Collaborate with technical and operational teams to ensure accurate service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Negotiate complex service agreements and ensure consistent contract renewals.
  • Track sales performance metrics and report on pipeline growth and market trends to senior management.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) specifically within the TIC (Testing, Inspection, and Certification) or industrial technical services industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Deep understanding of Indonesian industrial regulations, safety standards, and manufacturing quality requirements.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence technical decision-makers.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex technical requirements into commercial solutions.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving aggressive sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).
  • Possession of a proactive mindset and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
