Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and prospect new B2B business opportunities within the IT/ERP and SaaS sector.
  • Conduct high-impact product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients.
  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation and initial discovery to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure proposed solutions align with client needs and requirements.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and maintain detailed records in our CRM.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT, ERP, or SaaS solutions.
  • Deep understanding of the sales cycle and proficiency in consultative selling techniques.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and basic knowledge of enterprise software architecture is a plus.
