Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand client footprint within enterprise accounts
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles from discovery to contract negotiation and closure
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver customized IT solutions addressing client pain points
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare regular performance reports
- Coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related technical field
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in IT solutions or technology services
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in enterprise markets
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital transformation trends
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills with C-level executives
- Certification in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms preferred
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal/written)
