Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and expand the assigned portfolio of business clients within the Jabodetabek area.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure customer loyalty.
  • Develop customized logistics solutions that align with specific client business requirements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all client communications and inquiries.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery.
  • Regularly review sales performance against targets and implement strategies to exceed goals.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting KPIs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driving license is a plus.
