Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our client base within the maritime and shipping industry.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights for service improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of maritime solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Shipping/Logistics Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within shipping, logistics, or industrial sectors.
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian maritime industry and supply chain landscape.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales pipeline management tools.
- Target-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving aggressive sales goals.
- Fluency in Indonesian and professional proficiency in English.
