You will play a critical role in shaping maritime solutions by identifying market opportunities, cultivating long-term client relationships, and ensuring that our service offerings align with our clients' evolving logistical needs. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our client base within the maritime and shipping industry.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights for service improvement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of maritime solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Shipping/Logistics Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within shipping, logistics, or industrial sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the Indonesian maritime industry and supply chain landscape.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales pipeline management tools.
  • Target-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving aggressive sales goals.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and professional proficiency in English.
