Tanggung Jawab
- Manage a portfolio of debtors, ensuring timely payments and adherence to financing agreements.
- Proactively build and maintain strong professional relationships with existing and potential debtors.
- Conduct regular field visits to clients to verify business status and payment capability.
- Analyze and evaluate credit applications, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets for financing products.
- Prepare regular reports on account status, collection progress, and market developments for management.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve potential issues regarding financing accounts promptly.
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline the financing process and improve service efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in credit, collections, or sales, preferably within the automotive or multi-finance industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM C or SIM A) and own a vehicle.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently in the field.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
