Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Bandung area
- Prepare and present customized financial solutions and sales proposals
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service and product delivery
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market analysis
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field
- Previous experience in account management or sales (experience is preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications
- Knowledge of the local market in Bandung area and financial industry regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
