Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential insurance agents.
- Identify growth opportunities within assigned agency portfolios to achieve business targets.
- Coordinate and execute marketing and sales support programs for agency partners.
- Provide comprehensive assistance in the policy issuance process and ensure timely documentation.
- Conduct regular business reviews and performance evaluations with agency partners.
- Resolve agent inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline operations and improve service delivery for the agency channel.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in agency management, sales, or business development within the insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of insurance products, underwriting basics, and policy administration.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel as required to support agency meetings and events.
