Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze loan applications from clients in Mamuju, Maros, and Bulukumba (Sulawesi Barat)
- Conduct comprehensive credit risk assessments and financial viability analysis
- Prepare detailed loan documentation ensuring regulatory compliance
- Monitor loan disbursements and track repayment schedules
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular field visits
- Prepare monthly portfolio performance reports and risk assessments
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote microfinance products
- Train clients on financial management and responsible borrowing
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in microfinance or banking
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of local market dynamics in Sulawesi regions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and financial software
- Ability to work independently in remote areas
- Valid driver's license for field visits
