Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect potential clients to introduce Astra Insurance products.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing and new policyholders.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently on a monthly basis.
- Provide expert product consultations and financial protection advice to customers.
- Conduct regular field visits and networking events to expand the client base.
- Prepare and present professional sales proposals and insurance quotations.
- Maintain accurate sales records and report activities to the branch management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in insurance or banking sales is a significant advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Possess a target-oriented mindset and ability to perform under pressure.
- Good command of Indonesian; fluency in local dialect is a plus.
- Own a personal vehicle and a valid driver's license (SIM C/A).
- Proactive, resilient, and highly disciplined with a professional appearance.
