Hino Finance Indonesia is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Officer to join our dynamic team in Tangerang. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the end-to-day management of financial accounts, ensuring accuracy in all transaction records. The ideal candidate will excel at building strong, professional relationships with debtors and potential clients to foster trust and secure timely payments.
As the primary point of contact for client communications, you will maintain effective dialogue regarding invoices, payment schedules, and account statuses. You will also assist in critical financial processes such as month-end closing, aging reports, and reconciliation of accounts. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee daily account reconciliation and financial record-keeping.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with debtors and potential clients to ensure payment collection.
- Prepare and send accurate invoices, statements of account, and payment reminders.
- Monitor account balances and identify overdue payments for follow-up action.
- Generate and analyze financial reports, including aging reports and collection summaries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing disputes and clarify account details.
- Ensure all financial documentation is compliant with company policies and regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting, collections, or a similar finance role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formulas).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive financial information discreetly.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems is a plus.
