Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain customer accounts to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
- Monitor and track outstanding invoices, ensuring timely collection of payments
- Resolve billing discrepancies and customer account issues promptly
- Prepare and send regular account statements to customers
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address payment-related inquiries
- Analyze aging reports and identify potential collection issues
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Implement effective collection strategies to minimize days sales outstanding
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or similar financial role
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations
