Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the assigned segment.
- Conduct professional presentations and consultations to explain insurance product benefits to potential clients.
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing policyholders to ensure high retention rates.
- Collaborate with internal departments to provide seamless service and rapid issue resolution for clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales pitches and strategies.
- Provide regular sales performance reports and forecasts to the branch management team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing customer relationships.
