Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for the hospitality and service industry? STC Indonesia is looking for a dynamic Account Sales Executive to join our growing team in Jakarta Utara. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for bringing high-quality products and professional solutions to Indonesia’s most prestigious hotels, restaurants, and venues.

In this role, you will act as a consultant and partner to our clients, ensuring they have the best tools to succeed in a competitive market. We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our market share within the Horeca (Hotel, Restaurant, Cafe) sector.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cold calling and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers, including procurement managers and general managers.
  • Conduct professional product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our solutions effectively.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless product delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and regular market feedback to the management team.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the hospitality or food service equipment industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Jakarta hospitality market landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and own a vehicle for client visits across the Jakarta area.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
