Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our market share within the Horeca (Hotel, Restaurant, Cafe) sector.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cold calling and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers, including procurement managers and general managers.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our solutions effectively.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless product delivery and client satisfaction.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and regular market feedback to the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the hospitality or food service equipment industry.
- Strong understanding of the Jakarta hospitality market landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own a vehicle for client visits across the Jakarta area.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
