Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the dedicated point of contact for Premier Banking clients, providing prompt and accurate assistance.
- Ensure a seamless and differentiated client journey by identifying and anticipating customer needs.
- Deepen existing client relationships through proactive engagement and professional account management.
- Assist in the onboarding of new wealth clients and ensure all documentation meets regulatory compliance standards.
- Resolve client inquiries and issues efficiently to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate product requests and provide comprehensive financial support.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking products, services, and market trends to provide informed guidance.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric mindset.
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or the banking sector is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- A proactive attitude towards learning, with full participation in our structured paid training program.
- Proficiency in English and a second language to handle diverse client profiles.
- Ability to commit to the assigned contract duration in the Central or East region.
