Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough credit investigations by analyzing financial statements, payment histories, and collateral documentation
- Manage and collect overdue payments through systematic communication and negotiation strategies
- Maintain accurate credit files and financial records ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- Prepare detailed credit assessment reports and collection performance metrics for management review
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve payment discrepancies and improve client relationships
- Implement collection strategies while maintaining positive customer relationships and brand reputation
- Stay updated on credit policies, industry regulations, and best practices in financial risk management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in credit investigation, collections, or accounts receivable management
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial data and assess creditworthiness
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for effective client interactions
- Proficiency in accounting software, MS Office Suite, and CRM systems
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation and reporting
