Konnco Studio is looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Account Specialist (IT) to join our growing team in Bantul, DI Yogyakarta. In this role, you will be the bridge between our technical team and our clients, ensuring smooth communication, project delivery, and overall customer satisfaction.
As an Account Specialist, you will manage client relationships, understand their specific IT and creative needs, and help present our solutions effectively. Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Collaborate closely with internal IT and creative teams to ensure client requirements are clearly understood and executed.
- Coordinate project timelines, regular updates, and final deliverables, ensuring high client satisfaction throughout the process.
- Prepare and present project proposals, service reports, and updates to clients and stakeholders.
- Identify potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities by understanding client pain points and suggesting suitable solutions.
- Gather feedback from clients to help improve our services and optimize internal project workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field (Fresh graduates are highly welcome).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and basic English.
- Basic understanding of IT concepts, software development workflows, or creative agency processes.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, empathy, and a highly proactive attitude toward client management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Must be willing to work on-site at our studio in Bantul, DI Yogyakarta.
