Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local standards.
- Perform comprehensive bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to ensure operational liquidity.
- Handle corporate tax reporting and compliance, including PPh 21, 23, 25, and PPN (VAT) filings.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts to support management decisions.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants during annual review processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the finance department to enhance efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in accounting, preferably within the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and financial reporting standards (PSAK).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Xero) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Possession of Brevet A & B certification is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Indonesian and English.
