Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in a timely manner.
- Oversee accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes to ensure healthy cash flow.
- Conduct regular inventory reconciliations to align physical stock with financial records.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, including the preparation and filing of PPN and PPh reports.
- Collaborate with the logistics and sales teams to validate transaction data and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation for internal and external audits.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience as an Accountant, preferably within the FMCG or distribution industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or MYOB) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax laws.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and strong analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Currently residing in or willing to work in the Kabupaten Bogor area.
