SOECHI is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Accounting Assistant Manager to lead our financial operations in Jakarta Pusat. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily accounting operations and financial reporting for the shipping and logistics division.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of junior accountants and administrative staff to ensure high performance.
- Ensure accurate recording and classification of shipping transactions, freight costs, and inventory accounts.
- Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion of financial statements.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and verify general ledger account accuracy.
- Conduct internal audits and implement internal controls to prevent financial discrepancies and fraud.
- Prepare and analyze financial variance reports for management review and strategic decision-making.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and local tax laws in Indonesia.
- Proven experience in shipping and logistics accounting is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and handle multiple priorities effectively.
