Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain full sets of accounts for a diverse portfolio of clients in accordance with MFRS/IFRS.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and analysis of budget variances.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies to ensure statutory compliance.
- Assist in the preparation of tax computations and filing of SST/GST returns where applicable.
- Oversee cash flow management, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members (for Senior Associate level).
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and internal control enhancements for clients.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, MICPA, or ICAEW) is highly preferred or in progress.
- Minimum of 1-2 years (Associate) or 3-5 years (Senior Associate) of relevant experience in accounting or audit.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and local tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, Million, SAP) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
- High level of integrity, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
