Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, you will serve as the crucial bridge between day-to-day financial operations and high-level strategic business decisions. Your primary mandate will be to safeguard the company's assets, ensure absolute compliance with BIR and SEC regulations, and optimize our financial performance. You will lead and mentor a dedicated team, oversee the complete accounting lifecycle, and drive the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the complete accounting cycle including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Payroll.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS).
- Manage cash flow, treasury functions, and banking relationships to optimize liquidity and financial stability.
- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes in collaboration with department heads and senior management.
- Implement and maintain robust internal control systems to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance (BIR, SEC, LGUs).
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, variance analysis, and provide actionable strategic recommendations to the executive team.
- Coordinate and manage external audit, tax compliance, and statutory reporting requirements.
- Mentor, train, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field; Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- Strong command of PFRS, Philippine tax laws, and corporate finance principles.
- Experience in the restaurant, retail, or FMCG industry is a distinct advantage.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- High level of integrity, professional ethics, and meticulous attention to detail.
